They were well-equipped to handle nature’s challenges - but to survive today’s threats, wildlife needs your help. We can help you to help them. Let’s talk. Image: ©Gordon Ellmers

How We Raise Funds for Your Nonprofit

1. Destination: Wildlife Raises Money for Your Organization

with small group tours explicitly created for your supporters and designed to highlight your mission.

2. This Method is Widely Used and Historically Successful

Organizations such as the World Wild Federation (through NatHab tours,) National Geographic, and Smithsonian, colleges, universities, clubs, religious organizations, and others have raised money with specialty trips for decades.

3. Repeat Campaigns Year-after-year Without Generating Donor Fatigue

This is not another request for a donation check. We offer vacation trips that benefit something the traveler loves and have folks that travel with us after year, inviting family and friends to join them in unique experiences, that support the causes they believe in (and expands your supporter base).

4. Predictable Campaign Income

Your organization receives a pre-determined donation amount with each ticket sold (usually $250.00 to $1000.00 per ticket). It is outlined in the marketing materials, guests know before they buy and receive your usual receipt for their gift. This is NOT a commission scheme.

5. We Do the Heavy Lifting

Destination: Wildlife LLC is a professional travel agency. We develop the itinerary (with your approval), and take care of the logistics, insurance, and other details including traveler interface. You do what you do best - we will do our best to make sure you have the necessary funds.

6. How to Get the Word Out? We Create the Basic Marketing Material

Travelers want to understand where they are going and how. We supply you with images and information and create a trip specific webpage for you to link to.

7. We DO NOT Access Your Contact List

You reach your supporters through your established communication methods – your newsletter, website, etc. Then, we reach out to our readers through ours - widening your supporter base.

8. The Traveler is Your Supporter - We Cherish Them

Before the trip, we are on-call to answer questions on packing, necessary vaccinations, flights, special diets, physical requirements, safety, and trip insurance, etc.
During the trip, we monitor flights and conditions. When there is a change in situation, we are ready to help.
Each small-group trip includes a leader and a professional local guide there to ensure your donor's positive experience.
After the trip, we follow up with travelers, thank them and get feedback. We want to know what they think, what they loved, what we might improve - and you do, too!

9. We Reinforce Your Mission and Deepen Your Donor's Connection

Before the trip and during, we highlight the importance of your work - and their support for it - by discussing your organization's mission and how it connects to what they are experiencing. Your guests return with a greater understanding of how your organization’s mission fits into the wider world.

10. Destination: Wildlife Believes in You

We believe that local and regional organizations like yours are the backbones of conservation. We believe that responsible tourism has the power to protect ecosystems, global biododiversity and enhance the well-being of local people. We believe in you.

Let Us Help You Raise Money for Your Not-For-Proft

You can raise money without asking for donations the way WWF, National Geographic, Smithsonian, Audubon, colleges, universities, religious organizations and so many more do it. We run small group tours to directly benefit your organization. Ask us how. Don’t let the species and habitat you work hard for suffer from lack of funds.
